Multi-Year Traffic Engineering, Planning, and Related Professional Services

The City of Lancaster is seeking to award multiple contracts for traffic engineering, planning, and related professional services. The selected vendors will provide services in two categories: Traffic Engineering and Strategic Transportation Planning. The contract will be for a term of two years, from November 2020 to November 2022. The City of Lancaster will be issuing task orders for specific projects as they become funded during the term of the agreement. Some of the services that will be provided include speed data analysis, intersection control studies, traffic engineering investigations, and traffic signal design. • Traffic Engineering services will include subcategories such as speed data analysis, intersection control studies, and traffic signal design. • Strategic Transportation Planning services will include subcategories such as outreach and education services, VMT analysis, and traffic operation and safety assessments. • The contract will be awarded to multiple vendors, with each vendor providing services in one or both of the service categories. • The City of Lancaster will be working closely with the selected vendors to ensure that the services provided meet the needs of the city and its residents.
