Employee Screening, Assessment and Development Services

This contract is for employee screening, assessment, and development services for Cleveland Metroparks. The services include pre-hire psychological examinations, behavioral assessments, promotional assessments, psychological fitness-for-duty examinations, leadership assessments, personality/behavioral assessments, 360-degree employee evaluations, leadership coaching, and employee engagement surveys. The contract was awarded to PRADCO and Faust Psychological Services, with PRADCO providing most of the services and Faust Psychological Services providing pre-hire psychological examinations and psychological fitness-for-duty examinations.
