Hamilton Company - Standards, Controls, Reference Materials, Parts and Supplies

This contract is a service agreement between the City of Tucson and Hamilton Company for the provision of standards, controls, reference materials, parts, and supplies for the Police Department Crime Lab. The contract has a term of one year, with the option for renewal for up to four additional years. The total payment under this agreement shall not exceed $100,000.00. The contract includes various terms and conditions, such as insurance requirements, payment terms, and termination clauses. The City of Tucson reserves the right to terminate the contract at any time, with or without cause, upon giving thirty days written notice. Some key points of the contract include: • The City of Tucson will pay the Contractor following submission of itemized invoice(s) for the services rendered. • The Contractor shall deliver conforming materials in each installment or lot of this Contract and may not substitute nonconforming materials. • The Contractor shall maintain in current status all Federal, State, and local licenses and permits required for the operation of the business conducted by the Contractor as applicable to this Contract. • The Contractor shall comply with all applicable provisions of the Tucson Procurement Code Chapter 28, Article XII. • The Contractor shall abide by the provisions of the Americans with Disabilities Act (Public Law 101-336, 42 U.S.C. 12101, et seq.) and applicable Federal regulations under the Act.
