Utah Broadband Center Grant Management Consultant

The Utah Broadband Center is seeking a consultant to assist with developing and implementing a comprehensive grant management program to support the administration and execution of the Broadband Equity, Access, and Deployment (BEAD) initiative and the Digital Equity Act (DEA). The consultant will provide services and solutions to support these objectives for up to 8 years. The scope of work includes grant management, technical assistance, compliance, and reporting. The consultant will also provide support and training to UBC staff and stakeholders. • The contract includes a grant management software solution with a budget of up to $1,200,000. • The consultant will provide consulting and grant management services with a budget of up to $5,750,000. • The contract has a duration of 8 years with a 2-year renewal option. • The consultant will provide services to support the BEAD and DEA programs, including grant management, technical assistance, and compliance monitoring. • The consultant will also provide support and training to UBC staff and stakeholders. • The contract includes a budget for contingency and value-added services.
