BASIN 3 MAIN ST IMPROVEMENTS PROPOSED PARKING LOT

The contract is for the construction of a pervious parking lot with curb at 1 Main Street in Palm Bay, Florida. The parking lot will have approximately 9660 square feet of pervious concrete, allowing for two disabled parking and fourteen standard parking spaces. The contract was awarded to APAC Southeast, Inc. with a total price of $99,958.00. The scope of work includes the construction of the parking lot, as well as the installation of a raised curb and course aggregate base.
