The City of Tempe has awarded a contract to Satellite Tracking of People, LLC for the Home Detention Program. The contract is for the purchase of GPS Electronic Monitors (EM) and SoberTrack Breathalyzers, with an all-inclusive daily cost of $14.72 per client per day. The contract has a term of 1 year, with 4 possible 1-year renewal options. The contract requires the vendor to provide installation, removal, replacement for lost/damage, and monitoring services. • The contract has a 7-day minimum requirement. • Out of Maricopa County clients may be subject to an additional $100 installation fee and up to $50 in shipping fees. • The vendor is required to provide all necessary insurance and/or performance bonds before beginning work. • The contract is subject to the terms and conditions of the City's Solicitation Document.
