Description
The contract is for the replacement of a +/- 20,000 sf roof on 3 different levels at 300 Scholls Lane, Frederick, MD 21701. The work includes removing the existing built-up roof and rigid insulation, replacing flashings and copings, and installing a new .80 mil fully adhered TPO membrane, rigid insulation, and coverboard. The selected contractor is responsible for furnishing and installing all equipment related to maintaining the existing heating, cooling, and fresh air supply to meet existing standards. The contract was not awarded due to project funds being utilized for COVID-19 expenditures. Key points to consider:
