Eaglecrest Gondola Mid-Station Access Road

The contract is for the construction of a rock surfaced road at Eaglecrest Ski Area, extending the existing on-mountain road network from the top of the Hooter chair lift to the site of a planned gondola mid-station. The work includes clearing and grubbing, excavation, quarry development, blasting, shot rock haul and end dump road construction, road culverts, water pipe, grading, and other miscellaneous related work. The contract amount is $456,000.00. • The contract is expected to be executed by September 22, 2025. • The contractor is required to submit various documents, including agreement forms, bonding forms, and insurance certificates. • The contractor is responsible for ensuring that all subcontractors maintain insurance as specified in the contract documents.
