This contract calls for the City of Mobile to hire a qualified, licensed herbicide applicator to treat the Bates Field landfill and an extensive network of municipal drainage channels. The work consists of two herbicide application cycles per year (early May and late August) with strict 28‑day completion windows, post‑application inspections, and a requirement that vegetation control reach at least 95 % or additional follow‑up treatments will be required at no extra cost.
