Mentor Capacity Building

The contract is for Mentor Capacity Building services, which aims to provide infrastructure, training, and activities that support and expand volunteer-driven mentorship programs. The contract is awarded to Big Brothers Big Sisters of Coastal & Northern New Jersey for a period of 16 months, from September 1, 2024, to December 31, 2025. The contract value is $150,000. The services will be provided to the Ocean County Department of Human Services. • The contract is funded by the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) through the Coronavirus State and Local Fiscal Recovery Funds (SLFRF). • The contract is a competitive contract, and the procurement procedures were followed in accordance with N.J.S.A. 40A:11-4.3. • The contract includes provisions for the vendor to provide mentor capacity building services, and the county to appropriate funds for the services. • The contract also includes provisions for the vendor to provide reports and documentation to the county.
