Description
MassAbility is seeking qualified individual tutors to provide one‑on‑one and small‑group tutoring services for participants of the Massachusetts Rehabilitation Commission (MRC). The solicitation establishes a rolling‑enrollment Master Service Agreement (MSA) with unit‑rate pricing, allowing multiple contractors to be awarded contracts on an annual basis over a maximum eight‑year period (initial 5‑year term with optional 3‑year extension). Tutors must meet minimum education/experience qualifications, pass a CORI background check, and submit required documentation (resume, certification, W‑9, EFT form, etc.). Payments are hourly, ranging from $25 to $50 per hour depending on education and experience, with travel reimbursement and monthly invoicing requirements.
• Provides literacy, academic, vocational, GED/Hi‑SET, assistive‑technology, and organizational‑skills training to individuals with disabilities.
• Hourly rates tiered by degree and experience (e.g., $50/hr for PhD/JD with license, $25/hr for experience‑only).
• Contracts are awarded on a rolling basis; annual renewal possible, with a total contract ceiling of up to $200,000 per year for all contractors combined.
