RCA - LEGAL NOTICE PUBLIC AWARENESS ADVRTSNG PUB SVCS

The County of Orange, County Procurement Office, is seeking bids from qualified firms to provide legal notice, public awareness advertising, and publishing services. The contract is for a period of 5 years, with an option for renewal. The contractor will be responsible for providing these services to the County, and the contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. The scope of work includes the publication of legal notices, public awareness advertising, and other related services. The contractor must have experience in providing similar services and must be able to meet the requirements of the County. • The contract is for a firm-fixed fee, with a fixed price per column inch for each publication. • The contractor must provide a listing of high circulation daily newspapers, ethnic outreach newspapers, and general and trade employment websites for consideration in posting employment recruitment advertising. • The contractor must provide price quotes in advance for newspapers, web sites, and other publications not listed in the contract, and will bill the County at the current rate price. • The contractor must provide a monthly statement of open (unpaid) invoices to each agency/department, and must submit invoices in arrears to the user agency/department. • The contractor must keep track of all subordinate agreements created against this contract, and must provide usage reports as requested by the County.
