Description
This contract is for professional solid waste landfill and ancillary facilities consulting services. The scope of work includes contract compliance monitoring, permit assistance, design engineering, construction and engineering, future needs projections, environmental monitoring, system improvements, landfill operation, landfill closure, and financial assurance. The consultant will provide independent engineering consulting services related to the needs of the County's Solid Waste Department. The contract has a term of 5 years, with a total compensation limit of $1,500,000. The consultant will be compensated on a lump sum fee or hourly rate basis, depending on the work assignment.
