CCPN Consulting & Technical Services

The Carroll County Public Network (CCPN) is a partnership between Carroll County Government, Carroll County Public Schools, Carroll County Public Library, and Carroll Community College. The county has created this RFP to obtain IT resources and services from a contractor with specific expertise and experience with the overall CCPN and specific partner infrastructure and enterprise IT operations. The contractor will provide consulting and technical services to maintain and expand the high-speed network infrastructure and associated technology services for these public entities. Key services may include network maintenance, technology support, and IT consulting. • The contract is for the provision of IT resources and services to support the CCPN and its partner organizations. • The contractor will be required to have specific expertise and experience with the overall CCPN and specific partner infrastructure and enterprise IT operations. • The contract includes the provision of consulting and technical services to maintain and expand the high-speed network infrastructure and associated technology services. • The contractor will be expected to work with the county and its partner organizations to ensure the smooth operation of the network and technology services. • The contract may involve the provision of other related services, such as network security, data storage, and disaster recovery.
