NOTICE OF INVITATION TO BIDDERS WESTLEY COMMUNITY SERVICE DISTRICT WATER METERING PROJECT PROJECT NO. 5000408-001C

The Westley Community Service District is seeking bids for the Water Metering Project, which involves the construction and installation of new water meters, valve boxes, and associated valves on existing residential and commercial service laterals. The project also includes the replacement of water distribution main valves and the installation of new sampling stations. The contractor will be required to hold an active contractor's license in the A classification and to attend a mandatory pre-bid conference.
