Fire Sprinkler Piping

The Rockingham County Engineering and Maintenance Services department is seeking a vendor to provide fire sprinkler piping services. The scope of work includes installing additional fire sprinkler piping in the cafeteria of the Rockingham County Rehabilitation and Nursing Center. The vendor must provide all labor, materials, equipment, and expertise necessary to complete the project. The bid was opened on 11/1/2017 and the award was made to Superior Fire Protection Inc. on the same day. The award amount is $15,000.00. • The project requires the shutdown, drain, and reset of the existing wet sprinkler system. • The vendor must cut and cap existing mains for demo/removal. • The vendor must demo and remove approximately 147'-2 1/2" of existing crossmain piping. • The vendor must furnish and install approximately 14T'-0" -2 1/2" of new crossmain piping. • The vendor must furnish and install 41 new chrome recessed pendent heads. • The vendor must provide as-built drawings.
