Description
The contract is for transmission and distribution line clearance services, including pruning, cutting, treating, removing, clearing, and disposing of trees and brush, as well as reseeding work. The project is located in the vicinity of Everett, Snohomish County, Washington, and covers approximately 22.6 pole miles. The engineer's estimate for the project is $300,000.00. Key aspects of the contract include:
• The contractor must provide all labor, materials, tools, and equipment necessary for the work.
• The contractor must be on the District's Small Works Roster and currently prequalified for Category D-1 – Right-of-Way (Tree and Brush Work) prior to bidding.
• Bids shall be submitted electronically through the Public Purchase website.
• The District will not guarantee responses to questions received via other forms of communication (phone, voicemail, text, IM, etc.).
