The work includes providing a brand‑new drop‑in engine assembly (no remanufactured units), flushing and refilling the coolant system, programming the ECM, supplying all required fluids, filters, belts, and mounts, and conducting a third‑party certified pump test after installation. The vendor must also handle pickup of the fire apparatus from the City’s training center, perform the installation, and return the vehicle under its own power, while providing warranty documentation and serial‑number reporting.

• Mandatory third‑party EVT (F‑3) pump test and delivery of test report to the Fire & Rescue Department.
