Custom Vinyl wrapping for Trolley Vehicles- TO

Coastal Carolina University is seeking a vendor to provide premium printed vinyl wrapping for University Trolley vehicles. The contract was awarded to Wrap Ink Inc for a total potential value of $55,200.00. The initial contract period is from August 1, 2025, to June 30, 2026, with a maximum contract period of August 1, 2025, to July 31, 2028. The vendor will be responsible for removing old wraps, preparing the vehicles, purchasing new wraps, and installing the new wraps. • The contract requires the vendor to provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) prior to commencement of services. • The vendor should not deliver any products or perform any work prior to the effective date of the contract and receipt of a purchase order. • The University assumes no liability for any expenses incurred prior to the effective date of the contract and issuance of a purchase order. • The contract is subject to protest, and any protests must be submitted in writing to the Chief Procurement Officer within the specified time frame.
