Aurigo - Masterworks

The contract is for the continued maintenance of Aurigo Masterworks Cloud - Pro software, a construction management software used by Public Works for every Capital Improvement Project. The agreement includes a five-year renewal contract with an estimated average annual expenditure of $105,225.00 and a total expenditure of $526,125.00. Key features of the contract include software maintenance and support for 125 users, with Aurigo providing support to administrative users of the Cloud system. The contract supersedes all prior agreements for these services. • The contract is managed by the Office of Technology and Innovation on behalf of Public Works. • The software is used for drafting, creating, and indexing pay items specific to disciplines required in each project. • The agreement includes a license count increase from 100 to 125 users as requested by Public Works. • Aurigo will provide support to administrative users of the Cloud system as the sole provider of Aurigo software, maintenance, and support. • The contract has a delegated authority for the County Administrator to sign the Service Subscription Agreement under Code Section 2-62(a)(1).
