Description
This contract awards AA&A DEMOLITION the responsibility for wet demolition and complete site remediation of the property at 2419 Brewton Avenue, Mobile, AL. The scope includes removing existing structures and foundations, capping utilities, installing and maintaining erosion‑control BMPs, handling lead‑based paint or asbestos if encountered, and final site stabilization with topsoil, seed, and mulch. The contractor must also provide extensive documentation (photos, waste‑shipment records, affidavits, and proof of newspaper notice) and comply with E‑Verify, insurance, licensing, and environmental regulations. The work is to be performed within a tight schedule (30 days after notice to proceed) and is subject to $250 per day liquidated‑damages for delays beyond the allowed period.
