Provo City School District - Employee Placement Services

The Provo City School District is seeking a contractor to provide substitute and temporary employee placement services. The contract will be for a period of one year, with the option to renew for up to four additional years. The contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary services, training, and personnel to perform the work defined in the contract. The contract will be awarded to the responsive and responsible offeror with the highest score, as determined by the evaluation committee. The evaluation criteria will include systems support, ability to acquire and maintain a sufficient pool of available substitutes, training employees, fill rate, and cost. • The contractor must have experience and a proven track record with large volume clients in placing up to 125+ substitutes per day. • The contractor must have a documented fill rate of no less than 95% per day. • The contractor must have the ability to verify employment qualifications, such as E-verify and background checks. • The contractor must provide comprehensive general liability insurance and workers' compensation insurance. • The contractor must indemnify and hold the District and its officers, employees, and agents harmless from and against any and all liabilities, damages, fines, penalties, demands, forfeitures, claims, suits, causes of action, or any other liabilities or losses.
