This contract is for a housing rehabilitation project located at 2511 Main St., Kingman, AZ. The project includes various tasks such as replacing the HVAC system, roof, and water heater, as well as installing new kitchen appliances and flooring. The contract was awarded to AZ Coastline Construction LLC for a term of 90 days. The total project cost is approximately $33,056. • The contract includes a 10% retention applied to each line item. • The contractor is responsible for obtaining necessary licenses and permits. • The contractor must comply with all federal, state, and municipal laws and regulations. • The contractor is responsible for all damages to persons and/or property that occur as a result of their fault or negligence. • The contractor must present all warranties and permits to the homeowner and the Mohave County Community Services Department at the final walk-thru.
