Mechanical Engineering Services

The Brazos River Authority is seeking proposals for mechanical engineering services. The selected firm will enter into an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Professional Services Contract and will provide professional services as requested. The scope of services includes inspection and evaluation of facilities, preparation of reports and cost estimates, and provision of mechanical engineering consultation services. The contract will be for a period of one year, with the option to renew for up to four additional years. • The firm will provide mechanical engineering services, including inspection and evaluation of facilities, preparation of reports and cost estimates, and provision of mechanical engineering consultation services. • The firm will enter into an IDIQ Professional Services Contract with the Brazos River Authority. • The contract will be for a period of one year, with the option to renew for up to four additional years. • The firm will be compensated on a time and materials basis, up to a not-to-exceed amount for each service order. • The firm will be required to maintain insurance coverage, including general liability, professional liability, and workers' compensation insurance.
