Description
The State of North Carolina is seeking proposals for approximately 10,403 net square feet of office space in Shelby, NC. The selected proposal will provide office space for the NC Department of Health and Human Services, Child Developmental Services Agency. The proposal should include all specifications, floor plans, and repair lists received from the State of North Carolina. The proposal should also include utilities, janitorial services, and water/sewer costs. The State requires a paved parking area with a total number of parking spaces included in the lease at no cost to the State.
• The proposal should be submitted electronically via the North Carolina eProcurement electronic vendor portal (eVP).
• The proposal should be based on all specifications, floor plans, and repair lists received from the State of North Carolina.
• The proposal should include all full-height partitions, demolition, and upfitting costs; building and grounds maintenance; taxes; insurance; and other building operational costs.
• The proposal should include a cap on any percentage increases for rental for each year of term and renewal periods.
• The space must be free of hazardous asbestos and hazardous lead paint.
