Description
The Army Contracting Command (ACC) - Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG) is seeking information from potential vendors to support a requirement for PAINT STRIPPER/REMOVER (MIL-PRF-83936). The paint stripper/remover should be able to remove epoxy, polyurethane, powder coatings, and other coating systems, and must be HAPs-Free, EU-REACH compliant, and free of chrome, NMP, Methylene Chloride, and phenols. The required quantity is 30 units, with a size of 450-lb drums (55-gal drums). The material must have a shelf life of no less than 10 months upon delivery.
• The paint stripper/remover must meet the specified requirements and standards.
• The vendor must provide information about their firm's capabilities to supply the requirement.
• The vendor must include business information such as company name and address, point of contact, telephone number, email address, company Cage Code, primary NAICS, business size, and current registration in SAM with their RFI response.
