The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking to procure two new CT Contrast Injection Systems for the Corporal Michael J. Crescenz VA Medical Center in Philadelphia, PA. The systems must include an injection unit, multi-patient set-up, contrast versatility, data capture, visual indicators, air detection, and fluid delivery method. The contractor must also provide installation, calibration, and training. The delivery of the systems should be coordinated with the Bio Med Team at the medical center. The contractor must comply with all relevant regulatory standards and guidelines, including HIPAA regulations. Key features of the required systems include: * Injection unit with programmable settings * Multi-patient set-up * Contrast versatility and data capture * Visual indicators and air detection * Fluid delivery method with flow rate of 0.1-10mL/sec * Programmable pressure limit and scan reminders * Syringes with volume capacity of 150mL or 200mL * Wi-Fi enabled, full-color, touch screen * Battery performance and contrast details auto-populated The contractor must provide a comprehensive warranty, user manuals, and operational guidelines. The Government reserves the right to consider a quotation other than the lowest price that provides additional benefits. Quotations may exceed minimum requirements, and the Government reserves the right to select a quotation that provides benefits exceeding the minimum requirements.
