Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a contractor to provide full-service maintenance and support for the MILabs VECTor-6/CT/OI system at the Columbia VAMC. The contractor will be required to perform preventative maintenance, corrective repairs, and software updates, as well as provide remote technical support and application guidance. The contract will be for a base period with four option years. The contractor must have experience working with the MILabs VECTor-6/CT/OI system and must provide proof of ability to work on this equipment.
Some key responsibilities of the contractor include:
* Performing two preventative maintenance visits per year
* Providing corrective service and repairs, including all parts and labor
* Delivering remote technical support within four hours of notification and on-site service within two business days
* Installing software updates and providing application support and operational guidance
* Supplying service reports for each visit and maintaining availability of parts and service.
