Lenses Blanks Sources Sought

The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking sources for lenses blanks to furnish eyeglasses to veterans. The contractor will be required to provide all materials, labor, equipment, and transportation to deliver ophthalmic lenses to the Veterans Integrated Service Network 20 Optical Fabrication Lab. The lenses must meet specific standards, including being manufactured in accordance with American National Standards for Ophthalmic Lenses.
