Freelance Photographers

Clemson University is seeking freelance photographers to provide services on an as-needed basis. The photographers will be required to provide professional-level imagery, maintain and use professional-grade camera equipment, and present themselves in a professional manner while representing the university. The contract will be for a maximum of 5 years, with the initial term being 1 year and the option to renew for up to 4 additional 1-year periods. The hourly rate for the photographers will be $200. • The photographers will be required to submit at least 5 examples of their photographic work for other higher education institutions and/or governmental agencies. • The photographers will be required to supply a certificate of insurance as outlined in the Clemson Standard Terms of Purchase. • The contract will automatically renew for a period of 1 year unless the contractor receives notice that the university elects not to renew the contract at least 30 days prior to the date of automatic renewal.
