Description
This solicitation is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for the relocation of the SIGMA equipment to the first floor of the Ottawa Building in Lansing, Michigan. The work will be performed under the State’s Owner‑and‑Contractor Standard Construction Contract (MICHSPEC 2008 version) and must comply with the detailed Division 0 specifications, prevailing‑wage requirements, and all applicable state regulations. The contractor is responsible for planning, demolition (if required), installation, coordination with the State Facilities Administration, and ensuring all safety, insurance, and bonding obligations are met.
• Scope: Move/relocate SIGMA equipment, including any required structural modifications, utility rerouting, and finish work.
