Description
The City of Austin is seeking a qualified contractor to provide grounds maintenance of sports fields at various recreation centers. The contractor will be responsible for tasks such as grading and leveling infield surfaces, top dressing, herbicide and pesticide application, fertilizer application, aeration, and reseeding. The contract will be awarded to the responsible offeror submitting the low responsive bid. The city reserves the right to extend the contract beyond the initial term at its sole option.
• Maintenance of sports fields (baseball/softball, soccer, multi-purpose) at designated City recreation centers
• Grading and leveling of infield surfaces
• Top dressing and field leveling
• Herbicide and pesticide application
• Fertilizer application
• Aeration
• Reseeding
• Compliance with the Austin Parks and Recreation Integrated Pest Management Program
