*Updated 09/10/2026 to reflect anticipated advertisement in October-November 2026*****SFPUC Upcoming Contracting Opportunity****In October 2025, the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission (SFPUC) advertised a construction contract, WW-719CR Folsom Area Stormwater Improvements – Harrison/Treat Box Sewers and Connecting Auxiliary Sewers. Now, the SFPUC is actively working on the re-advertisement with a goal to re-advertise the contract in October-November 2026.The objective of the project is to address the Sewer System Improvement Program’s level of service in the City’s Inner Mission District. The proposed improvements include building a box sewer on Harrison Street to collect all-weather flows, replacing the existing box sewers on Treat Avenue, building a new box sewer on Florida Street, installing new auxiliary box sewers on 18th and 18th Streets, lining existing sewers on 18th Street, and building or modifying sewer junction structures.
