Six-Month Standing Order – Quidel Ortho Reagents

The National Institutes of Health intends to award a firm-fixed-price purchase order on a sole source basis to QuidelOrtho Sales Company, LLC for a six-month standing order of QuidelOrtho reagents. The period of performance is from April 1, 2026, to September 30, 2026. The required supplies include various types of gel cards, controls, and diluents. The justification for this sole source acquisition is that QuidelOrtho reagents are the only ones compatible with the existing Vision analyzer used in the department, and no authorized distributors exist. • The required supplies include Anti-IgG gel cards, MTS A/B/D Mono and Reverse gel cards, and other related products. • The period of performance is six months, from April 1, 2026, to September 30, 2026. • The acquisition is being conducted using policies unique to the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13 – Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
