Description
The North Carolina Department of Adult Correction is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide uniformed armed guard services for its facility located at 2020 Yonkers Road, Raleigh, NC. The services are required 8 hours a day, 5 days a week, Monday through Friday, excluding State Holidays, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The vendor's security responsibilities will include the interior of the building, video monitoring of the parking lot areas, loading dock, and exterior door entrances, as well as reporting any suspicious behavior or activity around the perimeter of the building. The contract term will be for one year, with the option to renew for up to two additional one-year terms.
• The vendor must provide a certified officer compensation structure.
• The vendor must provide proof of licensure and certification by the Private Protection Services Board of the State of North Carolina.
• The vendor must provide a narrative of officer compensation structure.
• The vendor must provide customer references.
• The vendor must provide a certification of financial condition.
• The vendor must provide a certification for contracts, grants, loans, and cooperative agreements.
