Online Auction Software Acquisition

Arapahoe County is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide an online, web-based platform to conduct foreclosure, Treasurer’s deed, and tax lien certificate auctions. The goal is to transition the Public Trustee’s current in-person foreclosure auctions to an online system and to add a similar solution for the Treasurer’s Deed Auctions. The County is interested in unifying these auction processes into a single, user-friendly platform to improve efficiency and accessibility. Key requirements include: • Demonstrated experience conducting government-run public auctions in Colorado • Ability to monitor, adapt, and implement software updates in response to changes in Colorado legislation, regulations, or policies • Provide a fully web-based application for conducting auctions • Ensure next business day disbursement of funds into Arapahoe County designated bank accounts • Maintain complete and accurate records of all bids, winning bids, and properties, lien certificates, or options sold during each auction.
