Description
The Department of Human Services is seeking an entity to establish and operate an 8-bed Transitional Living Residential service for individuals 18 years old and older with mental illness and/or substance use disorder in Fargo, ND. The selected entity will be responsible for providing a supportive living environment and services to help individuals transition to independent living. Key services may include counseling, case management, and medication management. The ideal candidate will have experience in providing similar services and a strong understanding of the needs of individuals with mental illness and/or substance use disorder.
