Description
The Air Force seeks a firm‑fixed‑price IDIQ contract to provide purchasing agents who will manage and execute credentialing exam purchases for enlisted Air Force, Space Force, and Guard personnel. The contractor must supply a Purchasing Agent Manager and qualified Purchasing Agents, ensure on‑site presence at Maxwell AFB, maintain continuous staffing (no gaps >10 working days), and handle all payments, receipt uploads, and reporting via the AFAEMS system. The award will cover a base year (2027) with up to four one‑year options, and all credentialing expenses are reimbursed at actual cost.
• Perform day‑to‑day procurement of civilian credentialing exams, study materials, and boot‑camps through AFAEMS and related portals.
• Provide on‑site staffing (manager + agents) with required experience; maintain staffing continuity and deliver weekly invoicing, monthly status, and quality‑control plans.
• Follow strict reporting, security, and CUI requirements; use contractor‑provided computers and commercial internet; government supplies system access and training.
