Budget estimate

$500,000 – $2,000,000

The solicitation does not disclose a contract value. Based on typical Kentucky stream‑restoration projects of similar scale (≈16 k ft of channel work, extensive structural installations, and vegetation), a reasonable estimate ranges from half a million to two million dollars. Factors influencing the final amount include the mix of equipment‑intensive vs. hand‑work tasks, material costs for bio‑engineered structures, and any subcontracted specialty services.
