The work includes underground conduit installation, removal of existing poles and foundations, installation of new LED luminaires, pull‑boxes, service cabinets, and related traffic‑sign relocation, all within a 100‑working‑day construction window. The contract value is estimated at roughly $3.5 million and requires a 10 % bid guarantee, performance and payment bonds, and compliance with prevailing‑wage and licensing (Class A and C‑10) requirements. • Underground electrical conduit (½‑in, 2‑in, 3‑in PVC) to a minimum depth of 30 in. • New street‑lighting poles (Ameron Type 6B1‑21) with Leotek LED fixtures, foundations, and associated pull‑boxes and service cabinets. • Removal and salvage of existing lighting hardware, traffic‑sign relocation, and coordination with SCE for service disconnects/reconnections.
