Description
The Waltham Housing Authority is seeking bids for the window replacement project at the Winchester/Crane Apartments in Waltham, Massachusetts. The project includes window replacements, asbestos abatement, sealants, selective wall repairs, and carpentry. The estimated cost of the project is $1,981,248.00. Bidders must be certified by the Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance (DCAMM) and must agree to contract with minority and women business enterprises. The project requires a bid deposit of not less than 5% of the greatest possible bid amount.
