CONSTRUCTION MANAGER @ RISK - PROPOSAL SUBMISSION - High School #9, Junior High School #9, Middle School #9 and Site Infrastructure

The Lamar CISD is seeking a Construction Manager @ Risk for the construction of High School #9, Junior High School #9, Middle School #9, and site infrastructure. The project involves a three-part submission process, including pre-proposal submission, financial submission, and proposal submission. The estimated project budget is $30,000,000 for GMP #1, $200,000,000 for GMP #2, $100,000,000 for GMP #3, and $50,000,000 for GMP #4. The project substantial completion dates are August 2028 for GMP #1, April 15, 2029 for GMP #2, March 15, 2029 for GMP #3, and May 15, 2029 for GMP #4. The selected Construction Manager @ Risk will be responsible for providing pre-construction services, construction management, and general contracting services. • The Construction Manager @ Risk will be required to provide a guaranteed maximum price for each GMP. • The Construction Manager @ Risk will be responsible for managing the construction process, including scheduling, budgeting, and quality control. • The Construction Manager @ Risk will be required to provide monthly labor costs for project staff, including project managers, superintendents, and engineers. • The Construction Manager @ Risk will be responsible for providing general requirements, including project electricity, temporary project utilities, and temporary water distribution.
