Description
The Long County Board of Education is seeking a qualified Construction Management (CM) firm to provide Construction Management at Risk (CM‑AR) services for the design‑build of a new Pre‑K‑5 elementary school in Ludowici, GA. The selected firm will enter into a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) contract and will be responsible for overseeing all phases of construction, cost control, scheduling, and coordination with the owner and design team under Georgia’s public works construction law. Proposals must be sealed and submitted by the deadline, and the CM firm will be expected to manage the project from groundbreaking through final close‑out.
