Downtown Parking Management Services

The University of Texas at San Antonio is seeking a qualified vendor to provide professional parking operation and/or management services for its Downtown Campus. The selected vendor will be responsible for providing comprehensive parking operations and management services, including active management and marketing, tailored enforcement strategies, real-time occupancy tracking, dynamic pricing, and modern payment technologies. The vendor will also be required to provide event-specific pricing, marketing, staffing, traffic control, revenue collection, and post-event reconciliation for special events. The contract is expected to last for 5 years. • The University has several parking assets at its Downtown and Southwest Campuses, including the Daily Use Parking Property and the Special Event Parking Property. • The University is looking for a vendor that can provide turnkey operations and management for these parking assets. • The vendor will be responsible for maximizing revenue, improving customer experience, and supporting the University's strategic goals. • The vendor will be required to implement industry best practices and advanced technologies to enhance the efficiency, accessibility, and customer experience of the University's parking operations.
