Description
The Horizontal Construction Multiple Award Contract (MAC) is a contract for construction services at Malmstrom Air Force Base, Montana. The contract will be used to satisfy various horizontal construction projects, including the replacement of water mains, valves, fittings, fire hydrants, and other appurtenances. The contract has a five-year ordering period with a two-year optional ordering period, and the total aggregate maximum amount expendable under the contract is $25,000,000. The contractor will be responsible for providing all vehicles and equipment necessary to accomplish the contract work and for maintaining a quality control system. The contract requires the contractor to submit various submittals, including a quality control plan, shop drawings, and operating and maintenance instructions.
