Description
The U.S. Army is seeking a contractor to provide Port Handling Inland Transportation (PHIT) services. The contractor will be responsible for providing husbanding, linehaul, and MHE services to a U.S. Government vessel. The contract will be a firm-fixed price contract, and the period of performance is from 9 July 2026 to 7 August 2026. The contractor must be able to provide evidence of a pricing estimate for DBA insurance from an authorized underwriter. The contractor must also be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and have an active registration in the Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) system.
• The contractor must provide a copy of their Defense Base Act Insurance Estimate.
• The contractor must be able to procure DBA insurance within 72 hours of award.
• The contractor must provide a completed Pricing Sheet in Excel format.
• The contractor must provide a Capability Statement.
• The contractor must provide a signed 889 Form.
