Description
The Town of Fairhaven is soliciting proposals for the Union Wharf-Phase VI Improvements project, which involves the installation of a steel sheet pile bulkhead and associated concrete cap, as well as miscellaneous repairs and improvements. The project includes the installation of new floats and gangways, adjustments to existing float configurations, site improvements, and the installation of pavers and asphalt pavement. The Engineer's estimate for the project is $1,500,000.
• The project requires a 5% bid deposit and a performance bond and payment bond, each in the sum of 100% of the contract price.
• The project has participation goals of 8% for minority-owned business enterprises and 4% for women-owned business enterprises.
