NBSFS-003 RFI Overhead Power Lines

The US Air Force is seeking to identify qualified and capable contractors to establish a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for emergency electrical repair services. The objective of this BPA is to establish a reliable mechanism for immediate repair and restoration of power during unexpected outages or emergencies at the New Boston Space Force Station. Key requirements include providing all necessary labor, equipment, materials, and supervision to perform repairs, meeting a maximum response time of 36 hours, and having experience and expertise in performing similar work within secure DoD or government facilities. • The contractor must provide a capabilities statement outlining their company's experience and expertise in maintaining and repairing overhead distribution power lines. • The contractor must confirm their logistical ability to meet the 36-hour maximum response time requirement. • The contractor must provide information on their relevant past performance, including recent and relevant projects where they performed emergency utility or overhead power line repairs. • The contractor must provide insight into how the commercial market typically prices this type of emergency effort and identify potential challenges or industry standards the Government should consider.
