RFI: Transportation Electrification Program (TEP)

The Public Service Company of New Mexico (PNM) is issuing a Request for Information to identify qualified contractors who can help implement, manage, and evaluate its 2027‑2029 Transportation Electrification Program (TEP). The program, funded at $32.95 million, aims to accelerate electric‑vehicle adoption and charging‑infrastructure deployment across New Mexico, with a strong emphasis on equity—approximately 40 % of the funding is earmarked for low‑income and underserved communities.
