Town of Tiverton RI - Town Hall Asbestos Abatement and Removal

The Town of Tiverton is seeking proposals from qualified contractors for the removal and disposal of all asbestos-containing materials identified in the Asbestos Abatement Plan at the Tiverton Town Hall. The project includes the removal of asbestos-containing materials and disposal in accordance with applicable local, state, and federal laws. The contractor will be responsible for all required permits and inspections. • The project is located at Tiverton Town Hall, 343 Highland Road, Tiverton, Rhode Island • The Asbestos Abatement Plan was prepared by AltTech Services and approved by the Rhode Island Department of Health • Proposals should include a detailed breakdown of costs, proposed schedule, and qualifications and experience of the contractor • A walkthrough and informational meeting will be held on October 29, 2025, at 11:00 AM at Tiverton Town Hall
